Serenity Yoga and Pilates Terms and Conditions Payment and Access to Booking System: Access to the booked class will be granted to clients once payment has been received by Serenity Yoga and Pilates admin. Clients can book sessions as per the terms of their chosen sessions or group or individual bookings. The number of sessions may vary depending on the package selected. Renewal can be done through the website and Bookwhen booking system admin. Cancellation Policy: If a client wishes to cancel a booked session, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Prices are subject to change and group booking discounts have an allocated number of packages so are not set at a discounted rate long term. Being an independent studio instructors may change without notice and at a very last resort classes may be cancelled if there are no alternative instructors to take the class. Information of cancelled classes will be communicated to clients whom are booked on a class. Cancellations should be communicated to Serenity Yoga and Pilates admin. Non-Refundable and Non-Replaceable: Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will not be replaced, and any fees paid for the session will not be refunded. If sessions are not completed during the period stated upon they cannot be replaced. If you have chosen the pay cash option and fail to show Serenity Yoga and Pilates reserves the right to not longer except cash option bookings from you until cost paid to cover the class originally booked.
Client Responsibility: Clients are training at their own risk. Clients are responsible for letting Serenity Yoga and Pilates know of any existing or new medical conditions but are responsible for their own health management. It is recommended that clients consult their GP prior to training if they have any concerns about their health or fitness. Communication: All communication regarding payments, memberships, cancellations, and booking inquiries should be directed to Serenity Yoga and Pilates admin. By using the booking system and services, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Serenity Yoga and Pilates reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions as necessary, and any updates will be communicated to clients in a timely manner. Participants have to be aged 16 or over to attend classes at Serenity. We do not take any responsibility for loss of theft of your property whilst you are on the premises.
Cancellation policy - Online payment for classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date to reserve your seat. If you have a class pack or pass and cancel with less that 24 hours notice or fail to turn up you will forfeit one class from your pack. This includes drop in class pass. Late arrivals may not be allowed to attend the class for your safety and also to ensure a peaceful session for those on time. Private classes need to be cancelled 48 hours in advance or full fee payable. All payments are non-refundable, however if more than 24 hours notice your pass may be used as a credit for an alternative class of the same charge rate, within a 30 day period. One off purchases such as class pass packs are non-refundable and must be used within the expiry date provided at the date of purchase. Prices are subject to change, without prior notice. No refunds given for lowered prices. Credits on packs will not be carried over the expiry date. Any passes still outstanding after this period will no longer be valid.
Waiting List -
If you are on the waiting list you will be messaged if a space becomes available, in order of where you are on the list. You have a 30 minute response time before the next person on the list will be contacted to fill the space. You will need to confirm if you wish to attend and await confirmation that you have secured your space to participate.
Class Changes, Substitutions and change of Instructor -
Classes may be cancelled by the management, teachers may be substituted or removed, class times may be altered or days changed. No refunds will be given due to changes in the timetable.
